artsydreamerchic Asked: Morning jaw pain on the left side?
over the last week I have woken up everymorning, or long period of sleep with a pain on the left back area or my jaw on my left slide and I have to like pop it to make it go away but I never,have pain during the day. I know its a weird way to describe it but its the only way I can. Im about 20 idk about my wisdom teeth because I for a period of time had tenderness back there but never actually had the pain of teeth coming in so idk. But I do clench my jaw a lot and I hold a lot of tension there I realized, so im thinking maybe grinding? Any other ideas? Normally I would go ask a dentist byt we have fallrn on hard times and we dont have dental insurance (and we have dentist problems) so I dont really want to go unless I truly need to because we dont have the money… Thank you for the help.
